WICKED of a good time...

if you ever get a chance to see this musical, just do it. it was absolutely amazing! i would recommend reading the book because it definitely helps with following the storyline and i suggest investing in either good seats or good opera glasses. i am happy to list this one among my top five favorites.


first photo of the evening: a shot of the closed curtain before it even started. it's a map of OZ, highlighting the emerald city, and a huge dragon (which i didn't even see at first). after taking this photo an usher came running over to tell me that there was to be no flash photography inside the theater. although i told him that of course i wouldn't be taking pictures during the show he still threatened to take my camera. boo!

second photo of the evening taken within the theater: andi and i. what? it wasn't a picture of the stage this time!! that usher stared me down from his post in the aisle though. like no one else was taking pictures!?! humpf.
