a painting update for the curious:
after two days of prep work, our painters have finally started painting. it seems like it's taking forever (probably because i've been taped inside for a few days!) but we're finally seeing some results. the picture on the left shows a corner that's half painted and half not. the picture on the right is the finished product. matt's reaction thus far is that there's not enough of a contrast between the body and the accent. do i tell him: a) that's what i was going for. b) let's just wait til it's all finished before we react. OR c) stick to teeth. hmmmm...tempting.
