birthday boy in the house...

today matt is celebrating his thirty fourth birthday. it is only three pm and we've already had cake and ice cream. don't ya just LOVE birthdays?! treats and presents, sweet!

matt decided he wanted to have just a nice relaxing day and i couldn't agree more. we slept in, went out to breakfast, visited a farmer's market and then chilled on the couch. and now that we've had our snack, we will soon get ready to have dinner with friends. matt thanks all those that have called to wish him well, he was pleasantly surprised that ya'll remembered. :)
