one more day...

my sweet sister lauren is moving to bolivia. she leaves january eighth for three and a half years of wonderful and generous lay missioner work. she will soon have her own blog up and running, telling stories of her amazing experiences.

i spent the past week with her in wisconsin soaking up lots and lots of lauren-ness. matt arrived on tuesday night surprising her with a visit as well. we planned on staying until friday morning but after some very serious puppy dog eyes, pleading, and begging matt agreed that we could stay an extra day. lauren and brooke displayed some awesome high jumps and kicks in celebration. that alone was worth staying for!

we spent our extra lauren day singing GuitarHero songs, playing new games, attending 'double-bubble' at Friar Tucks, and watching old family videos. oh, the laughs we shared! i am so grateful to have spent another day with my family, especially my laurie!
