if it's not one thing it's another...

it was either fix the leak or move.  those were the choices i was given.  had i known what a mess fixing the leak entailed i would have chosen to move.  i suppose that is what long holiday weekends are made for...  who wants to relax when there are home repairs to do anyway?!
