after all was said and done i was able to hold jackson in my arms and let him know that he was going to be okay (easy for a woman to say, right?). we stuck around for twenty minutes to make sure the bleeding subsided, and in the mean time i nursed/consoled him. after the allotted time the doctor said that everything looked great and we could be on our way.
before we left i had to do a quick diaper change because during jackson's outburst he soiled the diaper he had on. do you think that he liked getting changed after that sensitive procedure? uh, no. let's just say there was a little screaming happening while i put on the new diaper. no sooner did i fasten the velcro and he pooped. omg. so i took off the diaper, scream scream scream, new diaper half way on, and he pooped again. wiped him up a third time and prayed to God that he wouldn't poop again because let's face it, i was out of diapers at this point. thankfully we made it home and he wasn't forced to free ball it. i guess we can say he's one emotional pooper.
