you may be guessing at what that is. well, i'll tell ya. that is what my periodontist calls a bubble gum patch. can ya guess why?? although it is doing it's job as a 'band aid' to my recent surgery site, it is absolutely one hideous looking thing.
it has been four days since i had my surgery and luckily i am still pain free. it may have to do with having this patch on, but i think i'd be happier with it off. i am going to have matt remove it after the weekend, definitely can't go on another trip with it on. yes, i have already gone to work. tis why i decided it couldn't hurt to post this picture on the blog. after all, only about a thousand strangers have seen it already.
oh sure, work was REAL fun. it only looked as though i put a piece of hubba bubba there for safe keeping!! ...and yet no one was curious enough to ask!?! i can just imagine how tacky people thought it looked. oh well...
