i've had to remove myself from the bathroom project. for one there isn't room in the bathroom for a fourth helper and for two because i didn't want to be the witness of anymore 'oopses'. maybe after the boys have had their fun i will be needed...
so for now i've had to leave it all up to faith...
faith that they will NOT screw up the plumbing in our master bathroom. faith that when it's all hooked up that the water will flow through the faucet and not shoot out of the seams. faith that all the water that leaked into the wall (while draining the pipes) will not rot the wall. faith that the boys will tidy up after themselves. faith that i will NEVER have to remodel another bathroom as long as i live.
FYI: twenty minute projects are a myth...especially in this household. matt has been to home depot twice this morning. the drive alone takes twenty minutes.
